How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, you'll receive an email from us with all your tracking information so you can know exactly where your item(s) are! If you did not receive an email, please get in touch at hello@krof.co

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your KROF purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we have a 30 day return policy that adhere to the following conditions.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can rectify your issue.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Please email hello@KROF.co with this information.

Can I purchase individual pieces?

At this stage, we unfortunately do not sell individual pieces, however our 8pc mini set is the perfect top-up set.

How does KROF come packaged?

KROF comes in beautiful, custom designed packaging. Each box contains, embroidered cotton drill embroidered pouches to easily store your KROF.

Do you ship internationally?

Where is KROF made?

We are Australian owned and designed and manufacture in China. Whilst we would love to manufacture in Australia, it is technologically prohibitive for us at the moment. It is something we look forward to in the future when suitable manufacturing facilities are available in Australia. We currently share facilities with household European brands and follow very stringent quality requirements.

I have a restaurant/cafe. Do you accept trade orders?

Yes! However please note that depending on quantities, there may be a 5 month lead time. Please email us with a short bio of your restaurant/cafe plus the finish and quantities you are interested in to hello@krof.co
