Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery service selected.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia

Parcel Post: approximately 2-6 business days to metropolitan areas.

Express Post: approximately 1-2 business days to metropolitan areas.
International

International delivery typically takes between 3-14 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Please note that delivery services do not generally process parcels on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframes above are estimates only and are provided by the shipping carriers we use. While most deliveries arrive within these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events, peak shipping periods, customs processing and carrier network disruptions.
Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your parcel's progress throughout its journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears significantly delayed or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@krof.co.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in achieving a resolution as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to KROF.
Customs Duties and Returned International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed or returned to KROF due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges, any refund issued will be less the original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any carrier or customs charges incurred by KROF.
In some circumstances, shipping carriers and customs authorities may not return the parcel to KROF. Where a parcel is abandoned, destroyed or otherwise unrecoverable, no refund will be payable.
