30 Day Home Trial
We believe the best way to experience KROF is around your own table. Use your KROF cutlery at home for up to 30 days and if it's not right for you, return it for a full refund.
How it Works
- Use and enjoy your KROF products at home for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you decide KROF isn't right for you, simply email hello@krof.co within 30 days of purchase with your order number or proof of purchase.
- We will provide instructions on how to return your order.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
The 30 Day Home Trial is available only for products purchased directly from www.krof.co and delivered within Australia.
To be eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be returned complete, including all items originally supplied.
- Products may show reasonable signs of normal household use during the trial period.
- Products must not be intentionally damaged, abused, altered or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- We ask that original packaging be retained where reasonably possible to assist with the return process.
To complete your return, we require your order number, proof of purchase or receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or not of acceptable quality, please contact hello@krof.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that the return has been received and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 14 days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take additional time to appear.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact hello@krof.co.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial provided they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items where they are defective, damaged or where a warranty claim has been approved. Please contact hello@krof.co for assistance.
Return Shipping
Please contact hello@krof.co before returning any products. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with the 30 Day Home Trial. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as KROF cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
